The Location
WELCOME (Benvenuto) to our family retreat. A serene escape situated amid the never ending rolling hills of the lush Toscana landscape. A spectacular view awaits you in which ever direction you look - stately trees, misty valleys, medieval architecture, wayside verges and cultivated fields of brightly coloured flowers; poppies, sunflowers, daisies and mallow confront you at every turn. Our apartment lies within the ancient 23 acre olive estate of the Agostini family.
The Apartment
Renowned for its wine and olive oil production. The apartment is housed in the old vineyard, our apartment walls are made of thick local stone and the floors and ceilings are terracotta. The bedroom window, surrounded by, Bougainvillea frames a wonderful, tranquil view across the valley and allows in the feint perfume of Mimosa and Jasmine

Authentic Tuscan charm, with a luxurious finish Luxuriously fashioned from the original barns, stable block and granaries of the Borgo estate, Apartment 20 situated in the Olivio building (the original olive press builidings)offers a spacious one bedroom apartment, accommodating 4 adults comfortably [with a large double sofa bed and one double room]. With the original Tuscan features, exposed wooden beams and terracotta flooring the apartment has its own unique character and charm.
Bedrooms and Sleeping Accomodation
Rich fabrics, designer accessories, bespoke furniture and state-of-the-art TV and DVD player completes the picture, creating a warm, luxurious setting and offering every modern comfort. The bedroom is A quiet, relaxing space where you are gently woken by the dappled morning light coming through the crescent window. The living area is a warm, cosy place to listen to music or watch a DVD in the winter, or the sounds of the night carried through the French windows in the summer evenings.
Kitchen
Kitchen/diner provides the ideal space for preparing a traditional Italian meal, with Combi oven, hob, fridge and Le Creuset saucepans The Living space converts easily with the aid of a large double sofa bed into additional sleeping accommodation.
Bathroom(s)
Tiled bathroom with a good powerfull shower and no problems with hot water available 24 hours a day. Enjoy breakfast in the early morning sunshine or cocktails in the evening shade outside the apartment.
