Firstclick4.com has been created by holiday property owners for holiday property owners.

As property owners when the directors of firstclick4.com started to look at renting their own properties, they were amazed to find how poor many of the potential property listing sites actually where. They individually spent hours sat at their computers searching for sites they believed would give them the best chance of renting their holiday homes.

Over a period of a few years between them they tried many of the sites that consider themselves to be the best at what they do, but with very limited success. It was only when one of the founding owners created his own site that he suddenly started discovering that not only was he receiving more hits on his own property page than many of the larger sites, but also these hits were resulting in far more bookings. It was then after a discussion between friends that the idea was born to create firstclick4.com.

Firstclick4.com is a Holiday home portal that not just advertise properties, but is a site that is constantly in development to keep up with the ever changing world of the web, and in addition to just listing property details, offers property owners a whole host of extras that they know help in keeping rentals simple and easy to keep control of.

In the past the directors of firstclick4.com have created and run many very successful web based companies in some very competitive market places. It is the intention of the these directors to make sure that firstclick4.com becomes the industry leader in property rentals, creating and maintaining a site that keeps them ahead of the competition.
