As all of the property information including but not limited to, property description, facilities, location and images is supplied, we do not warrant that any information provided is true or accurate. First Click 4 Limited acts as an impartial information provider, and the content of www.firstclick4.com does in no way constitute advice for or against any property and should not be relied upon for making or refraining from making any decisions with regards properties displayed within www.firstclick4.com.
4. Responsibility of Advertisers:
4.1) It is the sole responsibility of the property owner or persons acting on behalf of the property owner to represent the property in an honest manor that gives a true and accurate description of the property, and that complies fully within English Law.
4.2) It is the sole responsibility of the property owner or persons acting on behalf of the property owner to ensure that any content does not breach any copyright or trademark. 5. Conditions of Advertising:
5.1) Only one property may be advertised within a single listing, and no reference should be made to any additional properties unless prior authorization has been granted from First Click 4 Limited.
5.2) No external links or references to any external websites are to be contained within the listing unless prior authorization has been granted from First Click 4 Limited.
5.3) First Click 4 Limited reserve the rights to amend or modify and property listing on www.firstclick4.com if it does not comply with the terms and conditions of First Click 4 Limited.
6. Copyright:
6.1) All Logo’s, trade marks, content and software on www.firstclick4.com is copyright protected. First Click 4 Limited does not grant permission for any persons to use this site for any commercial purposes, unless authorized in advance by first click 4 limited.

First Click 4 Limited reserves the right to change pricing, and its terms and conditions of trading without notice. All changes made will become applicable with immediate effect for both new property listings and any renewals of existing property listings.
10. UK Law
These terms and conditions have been formed in accordance with English law. In the event that any of these conditions are determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then that term will be severed with immediate effect. In such an event the remaining terms and conditions will still continue to form a legally binding contract between First Click 4 Limited and any advertiser or persons acting on behalf of a property owner.
